Our software development team is migrating our databases as part of refactoring. Refactoring means we are re-building some of the inner workings of our application. We are essentially moving data from one database to another one and need to pause writing new data during this time.

This step is required in order to connect more review platforms, so that you will be able to plant trees for reviews on Facebook, Trustpilot and many more.

What does this mean for you?

❌ Your customers can not access your review forest during a short period within the time frame

❌ Your widgets will not work for a short period within the time frame

❌ You can’t login to our application (app.reviewforest.org)

✔️ All reviews left on Google or Amazon during that time, will be updated in your review forest as soon as we are back

We are aware that this is a significant inconvenience for you. We will do our best to keep the time our service is unavailable as short as possible and will be back with new features soon!
