Update from April 6th, 2023: The issue has been resolved. Google reviews are being queried normally again.
We wanted to update you about a current issue that may affect your experience with our platform. Rest assured, we’re working hard to fix it as quickly as possible.
As you know, ReviewForest plants trees for each review your business receives. However, we’ve encountered a temporary connectivity issue with one of our data providers, causing some Google reviews not to be recognized by our system. This means that trees might not be planted for those affected reviews for the time being.
We’re committed to our mission and are working diligently to resolve this issue. We are in the process of integrating another data provider to ensure that our platform can continue to recognize and plant trees for your valuable Google reviews. Once the issue is fixed, we will fetch any reviews left during this time and plant trees accordingly. You don’t need to do anything. We estimate this issue will be fixed in the first week of April.
In the meantime, you may consider using our official Google Business Profile integration. This official integration fetches new reviews faster and more reliably.
