The start-up from Baden-Baden is dedicated to high-quality living in harmony with the environment.

Challenges

rooted. products is a young family business from southern Germany, more precisely from the Black Forest. What the employees have in common is a passion for natural products and environmental protection.

The start-up manufactures its products directly in Germany and uses only plant-based raw materials from organic cultivation, which are also vegan and not tested on animals. The company primarily sells essential oils, including lavender oil, eucalyptus oil and lemongrass oil.

Furthermore, only recyclable and, with the customer’s consent, already used cardboard boxes are used for shipping. Very sustainable!

The young company now has a large sales volume, but unfortunately few customers took the time to review rooted. products on Amazon, as is often the case with satisfied customers. Finally, they became aware of ReviewForest. They liked the idea of being able to generate more reviews for their products and at the same time do something good for nature and for people from developing countries.

Results

With ReviewForest, rooted. products has given its customers an additional incentive to review their purchased product. Of course, Amazon’s guidelines are adhered to in the process. Every review, no matter what the review, results in the planting of a tree in the customer’s name, which is not seen as an incentive but as a contribution to the well-being of future generations.

With the help of the brand package, which all ReviewForest customers can find in their customer account, rooted. products produces its own marketing material: cards that are sent with every product purchased and remind customers to review on Amazon. Through this measure, the start-up not only receives more reviews, but also sets a sustainable example and contributes to protecting the environment.
